[EN] - Now that your cancer is asymptomatic and in complete remission I can offer you two follow-up options.

- The first option requires doing very frequent exams, getting more false-positives (and more useless treatments), detecting more benign cases, higher costs, faster relapse diagnosis and faster treatment for it for a longer period of time, but not necessarily a longer survival.

- The second option requires doing exams infrequently, detecting relapse at a later time, treating it at a later time but living just as long and with less treatment burden and a higher quality of life.
- The choice is yours.
