And what we can observe at one level doesn't necessarily apply to the next or another.
For example, a child being clever in a classroom doesn't mean all the classroom is.
A hammer can kill cancer cells in a petri dish but it becomes more complicated in a human being.
The more levels you jump at once, the least credible and realistic the claim is.
Take for example : "This substance contains dopamine, it will thus make me more intelligent".

Dopamine (a substance used by the brain) --> neurons -> lobe -> brain -> cognitive functions --> intellect

In vitro -> in vivo -> monkeys -> human

Individual -> group -> village -> city -> country
